Athlete profiles created on the Alatium platform may be publicly accessible. Information displayed, including photos, videos, academic data, and athletic statistics, may be viewed by college coaches, recruiters, organizations, and general website visitors. Do not include private information you do not wish to make public.
4. Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By submitting content, you grant Alatium a limited, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and promote your profile on the website and related platforms for recruiting purposes only. You may revoke this license at any time by requesting profile deletion.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misrepresent achievements, upload content without proper rights, publish harmful or defamatory material, attempt to disrupt the platform, harvest data from profiles, or use profiles for commercial solicitation or spam.
6. Platform Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability of athlete profiles but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
7. Third-Party Services
Some profile content may include embedded media from third-party services such as YouTube, Hudl, or Vimeo. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Alatium does not guarantee athlete recruitment, accuracy of third-party data, or specific outcomes from using the platform. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alatium is not responsible for errors in submitted content, data loss, technical issues, unauthorized access by third parties, or damages arising from use of the platform.
10. Termination
We may remove or suspend profiles that violate these Terms or contain inappropriate content. You may request deletion of your profile at any time.
